  I'm not usually the type to write reviews, but I'll write one! First, the moment the automatic door opened and I entered, I was greeted by an employee sitting near the counter. The person in charge of the postal counter explained me various things carefully and responded quickly, for which I was very grateful. Also, in response to other people who were present at the time, I saw that they were having trouble sending mail overseas, so I did some research and explained things to them, including things that they should not send in. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the explanations, even though it was a large post office and it was busy. I couldn't understand why the rating was low. thank you very much.

  When I opened the front door for a delivery, my name was called by mistake. I don't have any problem with being called by mistake, but after that, when I said, ``My name is pronounced as...'', I was rejected, and then again for the second time. Honestly, I was very angry. I don't think delivery is the only part of my job, so I think it's better to be considerate when dealing with people.

  Visited on Saturday to send registered mail. It's been about 10 years since I came here, so I looked at the reviews and found out that they were really bad...When I came prepared, the man at the counter was polite and seemed to be doing his job in an efficient manner. . I think it's a hit or miss with the staff.

  Extremely poor customer service and rude customer service agents. Surprising compared to other post offices where you get much superior customer service and attention. Please use other post offices which have better customer service

  People are friendly and always at least try to help.
