::Real traditional Japanese noodles restaurant. You can learn how to make them and buy they products as well. Along the noodles soups and dishes, they have special soft creams that are delicious! On holidays and weekends you have to wait half an hour to get a seat. Only place nearby they serve soba tea for the costumers.

::Since I love Shinshu soba, Echizen soba was not my cup of tea until I had Echizen soba at this restaurant. I had cold echizen soba with grated Daikon radish and bonito flakes. This is the best Echizen soba I ever had. The souvenir shop is also very nice, has variety of local foods and drinks. Highly recommended!
