If you go along the railroad tracks from the north exit of Matsusaka Station, you will find a Taiyaki restaurant on the first floor of an apartment building that is easy to find with signs and flags. After ordering, the host will grill it for you naturally. I had some Taiyaki while I was waiting for the food to be grilled in the delicious smell of baking🤭The inside of the store has a retro atmosphere that gives you a sense of its long history, and you can see the cooking area in the back, but it's really nice. I was surprised at how clean it was! Taiyaki was available in large sizes and there were many different varieties, but this time I chose the grained bean paste and bought it! The red bean filling, which is the highest grade from Hokkaido, seems to have been made with extravagant amounts of sugar. It had an ultra-thin skin that you won't find anywhere else, and the bean paste wasn't too sweet, so it was very delicious✨Parking I ended up eating two pieces at once! I would like to stop by again if I come to Matsusaka area again.

Taiyaki that can be grilled in large quantities on a griddle at one time is said to be farmed, while taiyaki that is grilled one by one in a mold is called natural. This is a natural taiyaki restaurant. I ordered 10 pieces and waited in the store for about 30 minutes. It was 2,200 yen. The skin on the belly was thin and filled with red bean paste, which was delicious! The red bean paste was crushed and not too sweet, and the texture of the red bean skin remained, which was great. It's light so you can eat it one after another. In addition to red bean paste, there were other varieties such as cheese and sweet potatoes. I think it's best to order by phone first and then go pick it up. There is no parking lot, but there was a coin parking lot (I think it was 110 yen for 60 minutes) a short distance away.

I visited on a weekday. There was a group of customers ahead of us, and the waiting time was about 20 minutes, so people in a hurry might be in a hurry. The artisans will bake each piece one by one, so it might be best to wait slowly inside the store. The thin skin was packed with light bean paste, and I ate it while walking around while it was freshly baked. It's perfect for the cold winter. There were also various types of taiyaki and grilled sweet potatoes. Recommended for people who can relax and enjoy their vacation. There is a repeat order, please keep up the good work of the old craftsman.

Thank you to my friends. Each piece is made using an old-fashioned taiyaki machine and wrapped in a variety of flavored bean pastes in thin, fragrant, elegant glue. Adult natural taiyaki is easy to get used to and extremely delicious 😋

A taiyaki restaurant within walking distance from Matsusaka Station. The skin was chewy and the sweet bean paste was very delicious. Each piece of taiyaki is carefully baked after you order it, so it takes a while, but you can enjoy a freshly made, warm sea bream. I visited on a weekday, so the store was empty, but it seems to be crowded on weekends. You can also order by phone. I didn't eat the baked sweet potato this time, but it looked delicious. Thank you for the meal.
