::As the name suggests, this is a restaurant where you can enjoy Okayama's local gourmet "shrimp rice." You can eat all kinds of Western food besides shrimp rice♪ I ordered the ``Shrimp Fried Plate'', which is a shrimp rice plate with side dishes such as shrimp and fries and hamburgers. You can also change it to a large serving or omelette shrimp rice. First, corn soup appeared. When I get a milk-based soup like this at a Western restaurant, I'm even more happy. The main dish, shrimp rice, is dark brown, almost black, and has several plump shrimp and a tinned egg on top. The fried shrimp is large and topped with plenty of tartar sauce, and it goes without saying that it goes perfectly with the shrimp rice. There were also salads and potato salads on the plate, and even a normal portion was enough. Everything was delicious and very satisfying!

::A local person took us there. I visited after 12 o'clock on a weekday, and the parking lot was almost full, the waiting area inside the store was full of customers, and people were standing in line outside. We waited for about 30 minutes and were shown to a box seat. The pot-au-feu that I received with the shrimp rice was very filling and went well with the shrimp rice! I ate it for the first time because it is a specialty of Okayama. I thought it would be a taste that some people don't like, but it was delicious! The other menu items were also full of volume and had everything I wanted to try. Next time I would like to try something other than shrimp rice!

::Speaking of Okayama's soul food, I surprisingly love this one. Enjoy this shrimp meal with a slight taste of demi-glace sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and curry spice. The flavor contrasts with the pitch black color, or rather the gap between it is what makes me fall in love with it. Don't be fooled by the color, it's surprisingly simple. It also comes with so-called coleslaw, but personally, I'd say either is fine. It's a matter of preference. There's also a parking lot, so it's a family-friendly restaurant. The most inconvenient thing is that you can only use cash. This is extremely inconvenient. Of course, there are individual differences, but I feel a bit sad about only paying cash. but it was delicious. I will go again.

::A must try when you visit Okayama. It’s Okayama’s soul food. The shrimp fried rice is well seasoning and the korokke is very good. It’s a crowded restaurant, but I think the restaurant can be cleaner. It’s also a bit far from any train station.
