::I was grateful that I was able to see the doctor on a public holiday. The minimum amount of medication I needed was provided within the hospital. I appreciate that point, but I have some thoughts about how to respond. During the holidays, I suddenly became ill, and although I managed to endure the pain for half a day, I couldn't bear the pain anymore, so I rushed to the emergency center, which was the only place open after-hours. Otherwise, I would have had to put up with it for two more days until weekdays. However, before my appointment, I was coldly told by an office worker and a nurse twice, ``If you don't have a fever, please come see me on a weekday unless there is a serious problem.'' (*As a result, the diagnosis was that it was necessary to start treatment as soon as possible.) Why can you say it's not urgent if I don't have a fever? This isn't a fever clinic, right? In the first place, there's no way for an amateur to be able to diagnose on their own whether it's a ``serious problem'' or not, right? ? It is easy to understand that precautions are being taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and to prevent unnecessary and non-urgent hospital visits on holidays. However, what a third party sees at a glance does not necessarily match the level of pain the patient feels. Isn't there an emergency center for people who don't need to call an ambulance but can't wait until weekdays to see a doctor as soon as possible? I would like patients to follow the rules properly and not treat patients in a negative manner. And clearly we're over capacity here. This makes me worried about what I will do if I suddenly get sick again. Even in Fukui Prefecture, the medical system in Fukui City is clearly on a different level. I wonder if Reinan can do something a little more...

::I think it is difficult to deal with patients every day. However, when I arrived, I was told to call, and no matter how many times I called in a state of confusion, I could not get through. In the end, it took about 45 minutes for the receptionist to get through to the phone. I think the staff is small, but I would like the phone number to be permanently available.

::I guess I was suddenly called to Hapifuru, which is located in the emergency center, and the person in charge didn't come! worst
