  I went there for the first time in a few years.The number of seats has increased compared to the past, and the store seemed untidy.I thought it would be better to arrange the tables and chairs, lower the blinds appropriately during the day, etc. think. I thought that there were so many customers that I wouldn't be able to handle it, but... It seemed like it would be difficult for the store to be open for about 2 hours with only one staff member.I thought it would be better to stop the male staff member who was touching my hair while I was waiting for my order.( ˊᵕˋ ;) This store doesn't seem to have morning service. Too bad.

They dismiss customers who are willing to buy by saying, ``I don't understand,'' and if they think they're coming later, they try to argue with them. I don't really think of customers as gods, but I felt it was extremely disrespectful. Since it's a chain store, I don't expect excellent customer service, and since the customer was young, he didn't seem to understand or care why the customer was in a bad mood, but the store's goal is to provide service that doesn't cause any discomfort.   I always stop by on my way home from TSUTAYA. The seats were always thoroughly disinfected, which was very nice. I was recommended the limited-time Milano sandwich beef short ribs made in collaboration with Moranbong and Doutor Coffee, and when I tried it, it was very delicious. The cafe au lait was also delicious (*´˘`*)

  I came here for the first time in a while, and the matcha latte, veggie yogurt, lettuce dog, and German dog are all delicious. It wasn't crowded and I was able to relax.

  I use it all the time. Throw blankets are always available, so you can relax and use them even in winter!
