Taxi companies love you if you stay here! Unless you have a rental car, don’t book this hotel. Book the other Hilton in downtown, location is better. Front desk staff speaks good English, showed by their attitude and arrogance. Possibly due to training. Welcome drinks were good - Japanese wine, beer or fruit juice. And their warm cookies is still my fav. Breakfast has a members-only menu. The buffet was good with both Japanese and western varieties.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during our trip to Okinawa, and we had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Although the swimming pool area was decent, we were disappointed that the deep pool was unavailable during our stay. The service at the hotel was exceptional. The front desk attendants were detailed and very kind, and the warm cookie upon check-in was a nice touch. Breakfast offered a good variety of both Western and Asian food options. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Not near beach and no gym. No room service. Rooms are old and housecleaning is bad. Stains on bedsheets and pillow cases. Not a good hotel if you are on business.

Service is top knotch and location sports some of the amazing views but a short drive from downtown and is located in residential area. Rooms are amazingly large and sport a very luxury yet minimalistic setup, thats a +. However, because the building is dated upper hallways and rooms had this dewy or moldy odor, opening the window at night helped a little but it was persistent so we decided to change hotels. But i must say staff was amazing and they tried to accommodate us the best the possibly can.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our visit to Okinawa Island. The rooms are neat, and I liked the creativity of their ceiling light design, which served as a good night light for my children. In terms of location, you definitely need a car to travel to the tourist attractions, especially during summer. I would give extra credit to the staff; their service is definitely top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast in the restaurant is simple, but I found the options to be good and the food tasted great.
