Awesome place to get the famous Cronut! Can be busy at times, but go on a weekday and you shouldn’t have to wait. The coffee is really good. Cronut flavour changes each month.

IMHO, this place sucks. Found a baby roach on the counter top, but overall the GF was happy eating frozen marshmallow here. Theres no sitting space on 1F. Went to 2F but got kicked out because its full service and self service customers arent allowed to eat here.

Dined in at second floor for the table service. Food was good but the service was terrible. The waitress was not attentive and not friendly at all. The toilet cleanliness was sub-standard compared to the general toilet cleanliness and standard in japan. Felt regretted to dine in at second floor as the price is more expensive than the casual dine-in at first floor. The waitress at first floor also looks friendlier.

Very cute pastries changing every season or more. My only Con will be they give too much packaging. I order more than I could eat so I ask them to put my Cronut to take away, they give me a big box which seemed for a cake and I could not carry like that so they give me a bag even bigger. I understand is very fine patisserie place, but we are in 2018, we should be more conscious about this kind of paper and packaging waste. The rest was wonderfully amazing. :)

This place is so good! Not a long wait to get your food, and the staff are all very friendly and speak English fluently! I tried the Cronut of the month and the Paris Tokyo, which were both amazing! There wasn't much seating so decided to take it to go and even their take away packaging is beautiful! Wish I could go back.
