  Dear karateka, you already know karate in Shotokan or any style / federation but do you know true karate, the one you feel from inside? Here you will learn to use body energy, a concept that only few karate places will be able to teach you. This feeling changed my life, thanks to my JKA o Sensei who guide me on the way to feel this. I recommend you to go there and I hope you to feel that energy in your body like I sometimes do, even I am now very far to be able to use it when I want. I rejoice to continue to practice hard many years in JKA to be able to control my body and my energy, osu! Arigatogozaimasu!
