  I had something I wanted to ask, and as I was asking the receptionist, the tone of her voice became more and more harsh, and I felt like she was being yelled at.As someone with depression, it was difficult for me, and by the time I finished speaking with the receptionist, my mental state was a mess. It was….really painful.

  When I called in advance for my first visit, I was given a very thorough explanation, and when I actually arrived at the hospital, the receptionist was very polite and pleasant. I was nervous about seeing my young son, but I was grateful that the doctor explained everything in a thorough and easy-to-understand manner.

  Although I went without a reservation, I was able to see the doctor fairly quickly. Everyone at the clinic is kind, I would be happy if I could pay by credit card!

  The inside of the hospital is certainly clean. However, I think there are some problems with the response. I went there because I had a sore throat and phlegm, which can't be helped at this time of year, but if I had those symptoms, I would definitely have to go outside for a checkup and wear protective clothing. Saturation is 98, no problem, no wheezing. I was really disappointed that it was treated as a confirmed case of coronavirus. Even though the PCR is negative, it doesn't work at all 🙅 This is a shame as I had hoped to continue to use her as my family's primary care provider. I may ask for a flu vaccination, but I probably won't go again.

  The patient, a 17-year-old female, has high-functioning autism and does not speak much. A slight fever (37.2) continues. No other symptoms. Examination. Look at the throat with a stethoscope. Even though the doctor confirmed that he had no symptoms, he diagnosed him with a cold and prescribed antibiotics and antipyretics. I asked for a blood test to check for an inflammatory reaction, but they didn't do it.
