A quick trip to Soka City. I drove to try some Marunaga-style tsukemen. The name of the restaurant is Ogikubo Ramen Eiryuken. I parked at a nearby coin parking lot and visited. First, purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine. Among the various types, this time I ordered chashu tsukemen. Here is what was offered after a while. Wow, there's plenty of chashu in the dipping sauce. The noodles are whole grain type and are shiny and beautiful. The dipping sauce is pork bone seafood soup. I thought it could be a little more sour. The noodles go down smoothly and are smooth. I felt that the compatibility with the dipping sauce was a little weak, but as long as I dipped it properly and ate it, it was okay♪ The char siu is a type with a lot of lean meat and will fall apart easily. It was delicious with the noodles. I finished eating it in an instant. I think there were a lot of people ordering dandan noodles. I would like to try that too.

Visited on Saturday around 13:00. There were about 5 people waiting ahead of us, but we were able to sit down without having to wait that long. I received ``Tandanmen white (980 yen)'' and ``6 grilled gyoza pieces (600 yen).'' A rich soup with a perfect balance of chili and hemp. The noodles resist the strong soup and absorb the soup well. The accent of coriander that comes between the strong soup and strong noodles gives you an instant refreshing feeling. To be honest, I was surprised. I never expected to be able to enjoy such delicious Tandan noodles in Soka City. I thought that ``Goma'', located just east of Soka Station, had the best dandan noodles around here, but this one was also quite good. At first I thought 600 yen for 6 pieces of gyoza was a bit expensive, but the size and flavor of the dumplings made it worth the price. You can really feel the meat in the filling. There were times when I would just ask them to eat it with vinegar and not soy sauce. I was very satisfied with both. This is a store I would like to visit again.

I was so impressed that I could eat this level of soy sauce ramen in Soka City. The soup has soy sauce and has a sharp taste. The soy sauce itself is very delicious. The aftertaste is refreshing, but the flavor lingers on your tongue, making you want to take another sip. Very complete. I guess the base is chicken bones. No unpleasant taste. The noodles have a strong texture. However, it is not stiff like Jiro type noodles, but rather thick and straight noodles with a strong feel. Is the hydration rate low? A lot of Kansui? I don't know the details. The char siu has a strong meaty texture and is soft. The taste is also solid. Rice is served, but I think it would be better to have a large bowl of ramen instead of eating rice.

Dandan noodles white (¥980), 4 gyoza (¥400) Red Dandan noodles seem to be popular, but I trusted my instincts and ordered white. The soup contains plenty of minced meat and has just the right balance of spiciness and richness, and goes well with the medium-thin straight noodles. The gyoza is juicy and filled with plenty of domestically produced minced meat from Hiyama, which is located in front of the station. It's best to eat it with vinegar instead of using soy sauce. You can also add your own rice for an additional 100 yen.

I visited on a weekday at noon. Soy sauce ramen topped with flavored eggs. Seafood-based soy sauce soup. The noodles are medium thick and straight. The soup mixes well and the soup is light, making it delicious and easy to eat. The chashu is very soft and melts in your mouth. The flavored eggs were also delicious. They seem to be particular about the flour used in their noodles and the meat used in their gyoza, so I'd like to order gyoza next time. The dandan noodles also looked delicious. There is a parking lot. There is also coin parking nearby. [Additional note 1] I had the soy sauce ramen for lunch, which I have already reviewed, but I was so captivated by its deliciousness that I came back to try the dandan noodles for dinner. There are three types of Dandan noodles: red, white, and black, and this time I ordered the ``black'' with black sesame seeds. I was captivated by the stylish presentation, and after looking at it for a while, I ate it. The flat noodles were a perfect match for the rich soup with the rich aroma of black sesame, and I was able to enjoy the deep flavor in every bite. It's a wonderful cup. Furthermore, I heard that the gyoza made with meat is also popular, so I ordered a set of 4. Each piece was large, and when I took a bite, the meat juices overflowed with a juicy sound, and I was surprised at how juicy it was. The seasoning was strong, and all four dishes were delicious without adding soy sauce. [Additional note 2] Later, I received red Dandan noodles. You can choose the level of spiciness, but I chose 2 spiciness. The mild and rich soup is exquisite. It's delicious and looks like it's good for you! All of the dishes at Ogikubo Ramen Eiryuken are memorable!
