  This is a small but classy restaurant located along the industrial road in Hakodate City. It may be difficult to find it when traveling by car. But it's nice to have a quiet dining place like this in Hakodate's busy downtown area. There is a lunch menu and a dinner menu, and you can also enjoy alcoholic beverages in the evening. I was in the mood for a light meal that day, so I ordered pasta with plenty of seafood. This is an elegant menu with pasta noodles and sea urchin sauce, sautéed sea bass, and scallops. It was an elegant and gentle dish with a strong seafood flavor. This time I ordered it as a single item, but apparently there is also a set with bread and soup, so I would definitely like to try the set menu next time. By the time I finished eating that day, the family was happily visiting.

  First time visiting It was just before 6pm, so there weren't many people and I didn't have to wait. What I ate was a set menu of hamburger steak and fried shrimp, which came with rice or bread (your choice) and soup. The hamburger steak was soft and went well with the sauce, making it very tasty. As for the fried shrimp, it's the most delicious I've ever eaten, and I feel like I could go to it as many times as I want. I felt that the quantity was small overall, I feel like that's the case considering the type of food. However, it was so delicious that I wanted to eat it again.

  Today's lunch was ``Hamburger and Snow Crab Penne Gratin'', which came with soup, salad, and drink for 1,080 yen (tax included). I've been to this restaurant once in September four years ago, and I had a hamburger steak, fried shrimp (black tiger), soup, rice, salad, and a drink. My impression of the hamburger steak at that time was that it was average, for better or worse, and I actually didn't have high expectations when I went there this time, but I think the hamburger was noticeably more delicious than last time. It's not just my imagination...maybe. The presence of onion and onion is perfect in the hamburger steak, and although it has a strong nutmeg aroma, which is rare in restaurants these days, the aroma is kept in moderation and has a pleasant aroma. The dough feels firm, and when you insert a knife into it, it's soft, but has a certain elasticity to it. Although the meat is a bit juicy, the hamburger is well-sucked and the flavor oozes out as you bite into it, making it a classic hamburger from a traditional Western restaurant. It's a small, neat restaurant that faces Sangyo Street and the Akagawa Chuo Line, yet has the atmosphere of a hideaway, and I was able to enjoy an early lunch while being soothed by the gentle hospitality of the owner. Thanks for the meal. As for parking, it may be a little difficult to get your car in and out since Main P is almost at an intersection. Also, because of the location of the entrances and exits (curbs) at Nos. 7 and 8, it seems quite difficult for large cars to park there, so even small cars will likely have to use parallel parking techniques.
