::This is a small but classy restaurant located along the industrial road in Hakodate City. It may be difficult to find it when traveling by car. But it's nice to have a quiet dining place like this in Hakodate's busy downtown area. There is a lunch menu and a dinner menu, and you can also enjoy alcoholic beverages in the evening. I was in the mood for a light meal that day, so I ordered pasta with plenty of seafood. This is an elegant menu with pasta noodles and sea urchin sauce, sautéed sea bass, and scallops. It was an elegant and gentle dish with a strong seafood flavor. This time I ordered it as a single item, but apparently there is also a set with bread and soup, so I would definitely like to try the set menu next time. By the time I finished eating that day, the family was happily visiting.

::You can choose from three types of lunch menu. The popular demi-glace hamburger and soup are as delicious as rumored! It had a gentle taste that was soothing and soothing. A casual, orthodox Western restaurant.

::First time visiting It was just before 6pm, so there weren't many people and I didn't have to wait. What I ate was a set menu of hamburger steak and fried shrimp, which came with rice or bread (your choice) and soup. The hamburger steak was soft and went well with the sauce, making it very tasty. As for the fried shrimp, it's the most delicious I've ever eaten, and I feel like I could go to it as many times as I want. I felt that the quantity was small overall, I feel like that's the case considering the type of food. However, it was so delicious that I wanted to eat it again.

::Today's lunch was ``Hamburger and Snow Crab Penne Gratin'', which came with soup, salad, and drink for 1,080 yen (tax included). I've been to this restaurant once in September four years ago, and I had a hamburger steak, fried shrimp (black tiger), soup, rice, salad, and a drink. My impression of the hamburger steak at that time was that it was average, for better or worse, and I actually didn't have high expectations when I went there this time, but I think the hamburger was noticeably more delicious than last time. It's not just my imagination...maybe. The presence of onion and onion is perfect in the hamburger steak, and although it has a strong nutmeg aroma, which is rare in restaurants these days, the aroma is kept in moderation and has a pleasant aroma. The dough feels firm, and when you insert a knife into it, it's soft, but has a certain elasticity to it. Although the meat is a bit juicy, the hamburger is well-sucked and the flavor oozes out as you bite into it, making it a classic hamburger from a traditional Western restaurant. Although the meatiness is modest, the well-salted patty brings out the flavor of the minced meat well. It would be good if there was a little less onion and onion. The sauce is a sour demi-glace. It's thicker and the saltiness is a little stronger. I thought the amount was just right, but it lacked flavor and seemed to be losing out to the seasoning of the patty. I would be happy if it had a little more flavor, less thickness, and less sourness. Accompanied by snow crab penne gratin and salad. A mini salad is also included, but like the gratin, it is served on a small plate and sits on the same plate as the hamburger steak. I can't find any hot or grilled vegetables. So, without these two dishes, the view would be a bit lonely. The rice was just the right hardness or softness. The stickiness is just right, so it goes perfectly with Western food and is delicious. To be honest, I wish they would try a little harder in terms of volume. It's up to your preference, but since you don't need gratin, it would be nice if you could have warm or grilled vegetables, an extra (like spaghetti), and a separate mini salad for 1,080 yen with soup and drink. It would be excellent if the hamburger was a little bigger. It's a small, neat restaurant that faces Sangyo Street and the Akagawa Chuo Line, yet has the atmosphere of a hideaway, and I was able to enjoy an early lunch while being soothed by the gentle hospitality of the owner. Thanks for the meal. As for parking, it may be a little difficult to get your car in and out since Main P is almost at an intersection. Also, because of the location of the entrances and exits (curbs) at Nos. 7 and 8, it seems quite difficult for large cars to park there, so even small cars will likely have to use parallel parking techniques.
