Avoid this place if you are a foreign, you aren't going to feel welcome. The service is very bad, mean people and they do not care if you understand or not. Never had a worse experience in Japan and I have a month visiting different cities.

A good coffee shop that serves quality coffee and very good cakes and sweets but the staff are impersonal and cold. The place also has other shops that serve food items.

Seems like they have a lot of stock of things, but the cinnamon roll and coffee I had did not impress. I always hear about Dean & Deluca, and see people carrying the bags, but this is my second experience of being underwhelmed by them. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Appalling customer service experience - no wonder they are out of business everywhere but Japan and Hawaii... my husband and I LOVE their wine selection and cured meats. Every Christmas I buy my husband the loveliest stocking stuffers here and our favorite stollen... birthday treats, Valentine’s treats, you name it. We spent a lot of money here. I splurged on some 3800¥ white truffle olive oil for my husband for Christmas. And he opens it on Christmas Day to notice it expires JANUARY 2021. The staff never alerted me of this before purchase, I never thought to look because I have NEVER in my life purchased expired olive oil for Pete’s sake. Went back to the store and found that, only a short two weeks later, all of the olive oil in stock of this type has expiry dates of 2022. We left it unopened so the staff could exchange it. They made that pained face and basically told us too bad for you, it doesn’t technically expire until Jan 31. Are you kidding me?! Stuff it, Dean and Deluca. Out of principle we cannot spend our money here anymore.

Fantastic selection of fine groceries. There are many exquisite dishes available to eat in. Everything in this shop is delicious, quiches, soup, sandwiches made with a great selection of breads, hams and cheeses. Sweets are also plentiful. The only down side is that this place is always crowded and makes it very difficult to get a seat to eat in.
