::I wanted to eat Horakuyaki, so I searched and found Satomi. Due to the 3-day holiday, they were only taking reservations for the course, so I ordered the ``sea bream and seasonal local fish course'' for 8,800 yen. The sea bream and filefish are extremely fresh. The meat was plump and the liver of the filefish was so rich that I wanted to eat more. The Horakuyaki that I was looking for was piping hot, and the meat was tender and delicious. Other seasonal dishes and small pots of hamo came out, which were also delicious and satisfying. However, the quality of the last sushi was a little lower than the others, which was disappointing. Still, I was very satisfied and full!

::We made a reservation at 1pm on Saturday and visited as a group of 4. There is a sign at the entrance that says reservations only as the restaurant is full. It's a popular store. I have already reserved the conger conger hot pot course with refreshing soup stock...8,800 yen. I was worried about the 11,000 yen course that included conger conger teriyaki and conger conger sushi, but in the end, the 8,800 yen course was more than enough. ◇Sashimi of conger eel It was my first time making it, but it was crunchy and delicious. ◇ Blanched conger eel (plum meat & yolk vinegar) There's nothing wrong with this ◇Hamo shabu hotpot (seasonal vegetables) The meat and eggs are plentiful and delicious. Plus, the onions are very sweet. ◇Help conger tempura Actually, I like tempura the most. ◇Awaji Island hand-stretched noodles Somen goes well with hot pot. ◇Rice I'm full and pass ◇Scents ◇Dessert Everything was delicious, but the soup stock in the hot pot was very delicious and brought out the deliciousness of the conger eel. The 60 car was quite large for two people, and the 80 car was enough for two people. The service from the staff is also good. I felt good eating it. Before I knew it, I had been there for an hour and 40 minutes. Reservations are required. There seems to be enough parking. I also ate tiger puffer fish here in the spring for three years. Pufferfish is also delicious, but personally, I think I prefer conger eel.

::First conger conger! And full course♪ Sashimi is hard to find, so I'm excited even before I eat it 😆 Even though it's the same conger conger, you can enjoy it in different ways. It was really delicious.

::It was a warm day, but at the request of my companion, we went to this restaurant to eat 3-year-old pufferfish 👇 The result was very correct... It was a course full of fugu, and although it was a little out of season, it was very delicious! The rice porridge at the end is amazing💃 I was also happy to be able to make it! The dessert was refreshing and I felt so satisfied after eating it.
