  Very clean rooms and a modern design. Although the room may be small (normal for a Japanese hotel) it was well-appointed with places to plug in your devices, free wifi, a LAN cable etc. A nice bonus is the excellent Corby trouser press and bottle of deodorizing fabric spray. A small alcove next to the door provides space to hang (some) clothes. A small fridge is provided (empty) for you to store food and drinks, but you will need to remember to turn it on yourself! Likewise, the 'unit bathroom' is also small but has all the essentials (although you may need to pick up a razor at the front desk - free). For short stays in the area, the Daiwa Roynet fits the bill, but the small size of the room would make a long stay or a visit with a lot of luggage a challenge. Staff at the front desk were efficient and helpful at both check-in and when I enquired about local places to eat, convenience stores etc. You will find both just a short walk away.

  Great room and hotel. Room is not huge, but sufficient. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was great, and got used to salad and bread (only options for a vegetarian/vegan). Perfect that they have coin laundry on the 6th floor but could take a while to find a machine that is not used.

  Close to station and conveniently located. Staffs were friendly and nice. Security features were also amazing though we don't need much in Japan. Room was a little smaller but clean. It was too hot and it wasn't cooling enough.

  Wide and clean room. Good design that respects tall people too unlike other business hotels. Check in process done by both through clerk and the machine which takes longer time that needs to be worked on. Access available to mall by connecting corridor in 2nd floor. Definitely a saver for last-minute options
