::The people who works here were patient, helpful and nice. Our family stayed here for a month. My husband also stays here whenever he travels to Hitachinaka

::I lived on 10th floor and saw cockroach running in my room. The carpet was quite sticky which I had to wear my slipper all the time in the room. The room is not the big or it is small. Staffs are very friendly but I have to use Google Translate to communicate with them. In terms of location, it is very great place for shopping and all but I think there is another hotel Terrace Garden could be better.

::Great location and was connected directly to the platform of the JR station which was definitely a plus for convenience Hotel staff were very polite and the place was clean. Only issue is the shared lift with the shopping centre below which is both convenient but yet takes a long time to leave the different floors.

::Lovely hotel from a national chain located conveniently next to the station. Gaijin not welcome though. Been staying in some older country hotels the previous 2 days and been treated kindly all the way, and checked in and out with no troubles. Reservation found and processed quickly. Today checking in here was a reality slap in the face that I'd returned to the coldness of suburbia/urbia. Reserved the room under my name. 3 unmistakable katakana sounds. Staff couldn't process the data of those 3 sounds in their brains. Finally found the original reservation info email and showed it to them and they found the reservation, albeit with a bit of a disappointed reaction (oh darn I guess he IS our customer :-( ). That was before check in and just wanted to leave my bag until check in. Came back at check in time and re-pronounced my name as it was reserved to the SAME staff, and they couldn't find it again. Got the email out again and it was found. Ojisan staff guy brings his charm to the situation and starts grilling me for ID, etc. Finally sort that out and get a room key. Overall reaction of the oyaji and robot girl counter staff was disappointment that I'd somehow "got in". They'll deny it left and right but I can tell foreigners don't come here much, and aren't welcome much.

::The hotel is right at the station, 1-2 minute walk. The room was also bigger than most japanese business hotels. They didnt have their own restaurants, but gave coupons for breakfast you can claim in restaurants right outside the hotel. This, however, meant that breakfast starts late. 6:30 or 7:00, depending on which restaurant.
