  Clean, fresh towels every day, good service. Not the cheapest but good! It is really close to chinatown which is super cute and has really good food! At breakfast they have a buffet with rice, miso soup, tomato pasta, scrambled and hard eggs, a salad bar, a yoghurt bar, coffees, fish and some other japanese things. You can eat here as a vegetarian for sure - vegan options are limited. I am gluten free and had the rice, fish, boiled egg and salad bar with balsamic vinegar. If you re not a picky eater and with allergies you should find something

  + close to chinatown, cruise port, and train station; large bathtub; extra free bathroom amenities can be found in the check-in lobby; convenience store in the building - beds are very firm, small room (I expected that) Was a bit lost when trying to check in. Check in is on the 3rd floor!

  Hotel stay was good. Only problem was when we left. They made us get 2 cabs because he said we had too much luggage. Both cabs were empty with all our luggage. Could have fit in one cab so we had to pay double for 2 cabs.

  Unfortunately they had only smoking rooms available for my stay, but everything else is great. Cosy restourant, good breakfast. Vending machine, microwave and laundromat available. Convenient store just next to entrance, you even don't need to put on your jacket.

  Good quality hotel, rooms are small as most Japanese hotel rooms are. Reception staff are good in English and helpful with information. Breakfast is also suitable for western guests.
