You will be rotated from the loan center to the customer branch and will be guided, but if the loan is completed online without any prerequisite information, the loan will be completed online instead of at the counter. I think this work is done in search of efficiency, but what is the actual business of a bank? I feel that it would be best to respond after asking each person about their background, such as why they borrow money. In particular, I have been saddened by the recent response too often, so I am complaining to you so that you can improve it, but if you feel uncomfortable or there is no such thing, please request deletion.   Parking lot is small. The road in front of the store is unnecessarily wide.

  The parking lot I used today (12/27) is small! The lady working at the counter at the Rinko branch is always very polite, efficient, and has a pleasant customer service (and the other bank employees too) with great smiles😃... I got a good impression...I give it 5 (there are also branches that have the exact opposite...this is my personal impression)
