  It's the worst bank When I was asked about what to bring in advance for a certain procedure, I said I didn't have anything in particular so please just come, but when I actually went there, I was asked to bring my resident card and other things. If you had told me when I asked what to bring, I wouldn't have wasted my time. After that, all the procedures have been completed and we will inform you in writing, so please follow the instructions. Two months later, no contact. When I make inquiries, I am told that there is no one in charge so I don't know. The person in charge contacts me, but they just give me excuses. I got angry at how sloppy I was. I definitely don't want to have an account with this bank.

  Esperei mais de 50 minutos para atualizar endereço, observação: era só para atualizar o endereço. Neste dia tinha poucas pessoas 😒
