  The counter is open and bright, the atmosphere inside the station is good, and the staff are kind. You can feel free to consult and ask questions. The parking lot is large and easy to get in and out.

  I moved in April and hadn't changed my address, so I couldn't verify my identity and couldn't collect my belongings. Electricity and gas payments were made online, so there was no paper form, so even if I showed them the rental company's registration, they wouldn't accept it. I can't help but think that it was my own fault, but when I didn't change my address, I was asked in annoyance, "Why haven't you changed it yet?" I couldn't accept it because the facts hadn't been changed, but it's unpleasant. Since I cannot pick up the package on weekdays and the post office is not open on Saturdays and Sundays, I will give up on this package. There's nothing wrong with the response, but I won't be using it in the future.

  The staff was wandering around behind the counter, which gave a bad impression. It's inefficient even though there are a lot of customers waiting for their turn. At the post counter, an old lady clerk is complaining to the customers about the problems with the shipment. Let's improve our operations anyway.

  Although it has moved and is now cleaner, I still liked the Showa era atmosphere of the old building.
