::The 5 star rating is based solely on the following: Dr. Tsuyoshi Nakatani, the orthopedic surgeon, is really kind. I have only seen doctors in dramas who are so kind and close to their patients. General orthopedic surgeons don't listen to the details of the patient's story, just put the patient on a conveyor belt and finish with X-rays and then medicine. I don't even touch it! ! However, Dr. Nakatani takes the time to ask everyone questions. ^_^ By the way, the reception, office staff, nurses, and occupational therapists are all very kind (though I don't know about the inpatient ward).

::When I read the reviews, I was surprised to see so many terrible things written about them. I've been going here for over 10 years, and I've always been treated very kindly. For both nurses and doctors. They often talk to me, and I think they treat other patients in the same way. I am very grateful.

::Waiting time is long. I arrived at 7am to take my turn, and the doctor called me at 10am, saying they just wanted a prescription for medication, but it would take half a day. I hope it improves.
