There was no trace of a caring attitude toward the patient, and it was amazing to see that he just seemed like a pain and didn't want to accept the patient.

  I participated in this as a training course. The customer service is sloppy and it's not a very nice place. It was a facility that prioritized business rather than users. The staff were not kind at all, and I would definitely not recommend this place.

  I spent several months training at this hospital and saw the people working there, and I was impressed by how energetically everyone was working. Although the building is old, the hospital was trying to sincerely interact with patients and users, with the goal of creating a hospital that was needed in the community. People working in the medical and nursing care fields work really hard, despite not having a comfortable working environment or particularly favorable treatment. I want you to do your best without being discouraged by anonymous negative comments.

  I am a relative of a patient who uses this service. I'm sure some people may find this offensive, but I'm writing this because I feel it's outrageous as I work with lives. The person who is using the service has told me many times that a person named Okamoto and a person named Yonehara are apparently having a private relationship while working, and that it is going too far. Because I am entrusting the lives of my relatives, I don't think it should be done in such a blatant manner. If I was nearby, I would have watched it. Since it is outside the prefecture, it is unlikely to come true. If the patient notices it, I wonder if other staff members also noticed it. Could you please investigate? They are afraid to leave their relatives in such an environment and worry that they will be treated inappropriately. Thank you very much for your support.

  This is someone I was allowed to go to for training about two years ago. I felt that the customer service was very poor. I helped him eat by scooping up spilled food that was sticky on his apron, and forced him to swallow by shaking the spoon up and down. Afterwards, he said to the choking user, ``Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa,'' and wiped his mouth languidly. As I was a trainee at the time, I couldn't say anything due to school policy, so I thought I'd share it with you in this way. The response to trainees is sloppy, and the response to users is sloppy, of course not all staff members. Thanks to this, we have been able to respond to our users so that things like this do not happen again. thank you very much.
