The hospital stay is the worst, depending on the doctor and the nurse in charge of the ward. There is no prior explanation for hospitalization or surgery, there is no explanation just before surgery, there is no disinfectant in the hospital room, the smell in the toilet and the hair in the shower room are unsanitary. I decided to undergo surgery and hospitalization because the equipment was new, but I regret it. There was no post-operative consultation with the attending physician. I also think that the way the male PT manager handles things from above is not good. I don't want to deal with the overweight woman who often sits in the number 1 reservation desk position. It's tiring to stay at the hospital for half a day when you can't get through to make an appointment, and you have to wait a long time to even see an outpatient clinic. I was surprised to see how to write an electronic medical record and see it during a doctor's examination... This was poorly written and I was disappointed.
