::Rooms were clean and functioning but was very small for me. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, solved some issues I had.

::We had very good night here. The staff was super nice and be patient to communicate with us even they couldn't speak English very well but still had an amazing app to translate what they said into English. I found that is the great idea and that's no issues about miscommunication. The room is sparkling clean. Bed, blanket, pillows were comfy. They also has self-served coffee and tea at lobby. The location is next to the river where has sakura trees alongside and just 5 mins walking to Mito station. Great value from what we paid. I would suggest hotel to change the carpet at corridor which will make the atmosphere better and newer.
Living Abroad
::Rooms are very small, not even enough space for my luggage. But very clean. Laundry service is just a laundromat and no chance to dry clothes except in the dryer. Staff us very friendly.

::Affordable hotel in the center of the city. Ideal for a short business trip. Quick check-in with documents also provided in English. The staff was very friendly. Shampoo, soap, conditioner and toothbrush were provided and the room was clean. The location makes it easy to reach the center and the train/bus station.

::Relatively Foreigner friendly. Front desk staff understand most keywords in English like check in/out/lunch/keys etc. Rooms are pretty small, but you get what you pay for. Beds are a bit hard, but not the worst I've seen. Complimentary breakfast at the attached Dennys is convenient. Located near a convenience store, and within walking distance of the station.
