::The bread from the bakery is delicious. The store also feels clean. My only concern is the staff's customer service attitude. When I went shopping with my child in a carrier and it took a lot of time to pack the bags, I would have been grateful if they would just move the bread a little closer to me, but they didn't do that... I was just watching. It wasn't a particularly busy time in the store, and I didn't really need anyone to help me pack the bags, so I thought they could have been a little more attentive. Also, it's a shame that her voice is small and she doesn't smile. There was a huge gap between me and the staff at the co-op, so I didn't want to come back.

::The ginger grilled pork here only has two small pieces of meat. The only thing left to do is add volume with onions! That's 450 yen! If they are going to sell it at this price, I would like them to increase the amount of pork! Bento in name only! Consumers cannot be fooled!

::This can be said about the entire co-op, but the attention to the rest area inside the store is amazing. There are all the things that would be nice to have from a customer's perspective. It's a pleasant place to enjoy free tea and eat prepared foods and bento boxes in a clean space. We understand that a store can only survive if there are customers. You can feel the gratitude of the employees working at the cash register. Nowadays, it's no longer possible to survive just by being cheap, so I like Co-ops because they offer freshness, a wide variety of food, and a pleasant shopping experience.

::On April 2nd, I received a call and when I called back, I was told that your birthday was almost here. When asked, It was the first time I had received a phone call, so it seemed like they were also calling to congratulate me on my birthday, and although it was a small gesture, all the staff members said that I would be given 10% of my birthday. When I was told that some parts were not eligible for the first part, the person who answered the phone was very polite and kind, and in an instant, I went from being depressed about my birthday to being happy and going home. It's a bit far from here, but I'm thinking of going there. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness. They also wished me a wonderful day, and it was already a great start. Thank you 🙏

::I sometimes inflate my bicycle tires here. There is a compressor here that you can use for free. It's very convenient and helpful. Of course, shopping is easy, and the bread is delicious. Thank you!
