::It's good in every way and they also have bicycles that I could ride around Niigata city. The breakfast food is also delicious I stayed for four nights and they even helped me keep my luggage until I came back to check in again.

::An oasis of calm and cleanliness. Friendly staff welcomed us with a free cold or hot beverage in the on-site reading room. There are multiple vending machines and a laundry. It really is a home away from home. It is close to the station and many eating places. I highly recommend staying here when in Niigata.

::This hotel is clean, the staff helpful and friendly, and the breakfast tasty. There is also free, help-yourself coffee in the lounge. What more could you ask for!

::I stayed three nights here. Great location . Minutes walk away to Niigata station. Rooms are small yet immaculately clean. Everything is in order . Breakfast buffet is surprisingly good with a wide range of choices. I especially enjoyed scrambled eggs and Niigata rice. Staff are generally helpful. Except when I asked for help to make a call to reserve a table at a local restaurant( who speaks Japanese only) . The young lady and middle aged lady were unresponsive and said nothing to my request. This is confusing . I offered for them to use my Skype phone too. It was like they didn’t want to help at all. Would probably still recommend this hotel .

::Comfortable bed and good location. The breakfast was simple but good for free! Check in and check out was super quick. I would recommend this place again!
