::The location is great and very convenient to the city tram and the shopping area. The complimentary breakfast is a plus. The room is small and dark. The cleanness is questionable, because I found the yellow spots on the comforter cover.

::Clean and quite modern compared to some local hotels, room would be medium sized for a cheaper hotel. Staff are kind and well mannered. Easy access and in the middle of the huddle and bussle. There is a complementary breakfast that I am going to try tommorrow morning. WiFi is free as well and quite fast. You need to order movies on the TV or else have coins to purchase a TV card in the hall way. I've yet to see the laundry and vending areas. I. Quite pleased so far.

::Great location. Just a few minutes walk from the tram station and kumamoto kotsu center aka bus terminal. There are plenty of convenient store and restaurants nearby while the shopping street is just walking distance. The breakfast variety is not much, but with combination of both Japanese and western style food.

::Nice breakfast and location, poor room cleaning. Breakfast changes everyday! The location is really close to the Limousine bus stop, main shopping street and famous donkatsu in Kumamoto When we arrived on the first day, we saw two towels on the bathroom floor. And the last night, the bed sheet was even cut. I’ ve been to Japan several times, this hotel was the worst room cleaning I ever seen!

::I will stay at this hotel for 6 weeks and it has been 5 days, I am really enjoying it so far. Rooms are clean, services really great, it is located every convenient place you want to visit at night (bars, restaurant, clubs, shopping malls, izakaya etc). Oh also free breakfast(6:30-9:30), wifi's speed is good, all rooms are smoke-free and friendly staff 😊😊. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
