I don't think it's a chain store, but it's a coffee shop with a nice atmosphere and is easy to use. I get the impression that the customer base is mostly older people. I ordered a mini waffle and iced coffee set, which cost 550 yen including tax, which I feel is a pretty good value. The other menu items also seem to have relatively low prices. The store staff worked efficiently and seemed to be well-trained. The only downside is that there are almost no seats where you can use an outlet. I want to use it again.
