I visited CoCo Ichi for the first time and tried the 10 spicy food! It was really painful! ! Beef curry 10 spiciness 15 or 20 is dangerous, so it's best to gradually increase the spiciness ^ ^ -Revisit- I took on the 15 spicy challenge! Thanks to eating 10, I was able to finish it! ! It's very spicy, and the roux is thicker than 10 and has a spicy scent, so I can feel the spiciness just by itself. I'll stop going for 20 ^ ^

My sister and I were on a hunt to find Coco Curry House before we even got to Japan. I thought that Coco Curry House could only be found in Tokyo. That's why we were in for a big surprise when we found out that the restaurant that we are looking is just a little few buildings away from our hotel (Richmond Hotel). And we just accidentally found it when we got off the train and made our way up the stairs. We wasted no time and went in immediately. It is not difficult to find because it is just beside the road and Family Mart. We were given the menu but it took us a little more time to process the pictures and how to order it because it's quite different on how we would place our orders back home. The rice are measured by grams and we ended up ordering a lot of it accidentally. Hehehehe. You could also choose the level of spice of your curry. 1 being the lowest and 10 being the most spicy. You can also choose a less spicier curry and take the heat a notch by adding chili flakes. Palates can be refreshed by pink pickled ginger available at your own tables. The staff are also friendly and accommodating. We don't speak Japanese but they have been really patient with us. Over-all I love the experience, the food and the people running this place. Would highly recommend it to anyone who wish to taste curry in Osaka area.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is good! If you ever find your dish too spicy, order a mango lassi to help with the heat
