I came here through a friend's introduction because I had a chipped tooth. The doctor's explanation was thorough and explained exactly how to fix it, and on the day I had a nurse examine my teeth for periodontal disease and remove tartar. The nurse's explanation of periodontal disease was also thorough (although difficult) The doctor said, ``Please understand all the explanations before receiving treatment,'' so I will do so.

Since I moved from outside the prefecture, I go to this relatively nearby hospital for tartar removal and regular maintenance. In the waiting room, a variety show was playing on the TV, and it was quite noisy. The examination room also has a TV fitted into the ceiling, which also shows a lot of silly variety shows. In the end, during the treatment, I was told to put a towel over my face because the water would splash, and although I couldn't watch the TV, I could only hear loud noises. It's a private room, but the children's cartoons are loud from the booth next door. When removing tartar, if the gums were receding, a treatment was performed to fill in the root and scrape the surface, but the scraped area (which was treated without asking) was too loose. I often touch it with my tongue, which makes it uncomfortable. I like a quiet, calm dental clinic with classical music playing. The sound from the TV is so loud in the waiting room, private rooms, etc. that it's tiring. There's no technology.

I have been using it for a long time. One day, I had a sudden toothache and called to see a doctor. However, the woman at the reception desk told me that there were no vacancies. The answer is that reservations cannot be made until more than two weeks in advance. I decided to change dentists because I thought there was no point in using this dentist if they wouldn't come to see me when I had pain, even if I used them all the time. It was a shame because the teachers and staff were so polite. If the answer is based on the results confirmed by the teacher, I will give up, but it is clearly the receptionist's decision. I think people go to the dentist because they have pain, except for regular checkups, but if they don't take care of it at that time, there's no point in going to the dentist.

I have been visiting you for a while now. I'm grateful that the doctor and hygienist had a good atmosphere and explained things clearly! But unfortunately, the receptionist is the worst. They are unfriendly and don't make eye contact, handing over change or receipt while doing something... their voices are so low that I can't understand what they're saying. Telephone support was also terrible, and they responded in a high-pressure manner that seemed to push the patient away. It's a shame because the teachers are very good...

I felt more at ease going to the hospital because the doctors and hygienists were kind and gave detailed explanations. No matter which dentist I went to, my child cried and hated it, but here he was able to talk to me clearly, so I was able to understand and receive treatment based on my own wishes, rather than being forced to do so. However, when I was able to have a regular checkup for the first time in a while, the receptionist had been replaced, and I think it's okay to have more freedom in hair color and makeup these days. However, as a receptionist and the face of the hospital, she was unfriendly and I didn't want to come here. I had made a reservation for two people, so I didn't know the time, so I called. "Please check with the app" When I came to the hospital and my phone changed and I couldn't start the app, "It's fine when you go home." and. Not friendly and doesn't make eye contact I thought he was, but he was smiling and having fun chatting with other staff members. After that, we continued to talk about the patient, “That person is troublesome.” and. I thought they could hear me, but they didn't care. It's a shame because the doctors and hygienists are really good.
