My father was in the hospital. There are no temperature checks at the entrance, only alcohol disinfection... Even though it's a coronavirus pandemic, I was really surprised to see some nurses not wearing masks 😨 There are patients whose families come to the day room and have parties while talking. I was really surprised. The 40-year-old nurse in the ward where my father was was told without hesitation that she was concerned about both the patient and his family, never checked on his current situation, and put him in a private room even though neither his family nor the patient requested it. It was done. Doctors and social workers were told to go against the wishes of the family, and they could do whatever they wanted. As a result, my father developed dementia. There are several nurses like this who only think about themselves and ignore the QRL after they are discharged from the hospital. If you feel that something is wrong during your stay in the hospital, I think you should feel free to talk to your social worker or doctor. Young people try their best, but I thought the nurses with some experience were really terrible. I don't think I'll go again.

This hospital has had a bad reputation for a long time, but there's a reason why. My child went to the emergency room at night. First of all, there were two old men working on disaster prevention, and when we went there, they were pushing each other's response. If you don't like it, quit your job. The nurse was kind, but the pediatrician was the worst. He seems to be in a bad mood after being woken up at night. I get angry and say, ``This is not enough.'' We may have been exaggerating because she has underlying health conditions and this is her first child. I wonder if pediatricians don't learn about family support. He was in such a bad mood that I apologized to him and my husband for the night, but he ignored me. Become a human before you become a doctor! The next day, I visited a nearby hospital again, but was given a referral letter and admitted to a general hospital. Because my breathing condition is not good! The most frustrating thing for me was that I went to the emergency room at night, was bothered by the old disaster prevention worker, was scolded by the doctor, and had to pay 5,000 yen. Since you're paying for it, why don't you at least make it less uncomfortable? I wish I could quit responding to night emergencies.

A 2-month-old infant suffered a head injury and was seen in the emergency department at night. I was examined by a neurosurgeon. At the first consultation, I thought he was intimidating from the first word. The conversation was conducted in an intimidating manner from beginning to end. Even though I wanted to hear the results of the medical examination, they kept saying something I didn't understand, saying, ``I looked at it, so it's okay.'' No matter how many times I asked, the teacher would just say, ``I saw it, so you're saying it's okay.'' In the end, a lot of things happened after that, but he kept saying things like: “I saw it, so it’s okay.” “I look at CT scans of a 100-year-old brain every day.” “I had Kumano at the Rosai Hospital take a look at it, right? You know what this means, right? Do you understand? Do you know what it means to have me look at you? Remember it? I'm Kuma no Kuma from the Rosai Hospital, and Kuma is the kanji for bear..." ``What you had me see is precious, isn't it? This is the eye, the fontanel, the bones and the wrinkles in the brain, so remember this.If I say it's normal, it's normal, and many people see it every day. It's so precious that a two-month-old doesn't have a chance to see it, you know? But when I say it's normal, it's normal.'' "I'm watching you, right? Remember this so that when you're in middle school, you can say that I watched it for you." The above was said almost from beginning to end in a quarrelsome manner. I came here because I was worried about my child, and when I asked questions, they kept saying things I didn't understand, like the ones above, in an intimidating manner. Afterwards, I was waiting in the waiting room, unconvinced. Perhaps because he was dissatisfied, the bear teacher seemed as if he was about to attack me at any moment. He even shouted insults such as, ``If you have a complaint, tell me!'' From the beginning, he was intimidating and kept talking about himself that didn't make any sense. Even though I was worried about an infant who couldn't speak, she talked about everything I was worried about with an intimidating attitude and energy, which made me feel strangely uncomfortable, and she responded in an impossible way. I am left with a sense of distrust, and I cannot forgive him for being so intimidating and abusive toward people who are worried about him because he is a doctor and is in a trusted position. I have since contacted the hospital and received a written response regarding this matter, but it is completely unacceptable. Since I don't know where to send complaints to other organizations, I will write the truth here.

I took my father, who is in a wheelchair, to renew his medical certificate for his accident. As other people have written, the receptionist's response is not good, and it seems that they are not taking into consideration the motive or intention of why I came to the hospital. Since it was not within easy reach or the circumstances, and it was my first visit, I could not make an appointment, so another family member called the hospital in advance to explain the situation and received an explanation from the nurse on the day. When I went to the reception desk and told them that I wanted to renew my medical certificate, I was told that I could not be seen without a referral letter from the hospital I was going to, but when I told them that I had called in advance and that I had not been told about the referral letter, I was admitted. He said he would check with the outpatient department to see if it was possible. However, after checking, I was told for the first time that the specialist was not available today, and that he would not be available until Wednesday or Thursday, so I could not see him today, and was told to come another day. Naturally, the story was different from what I had heard, so I thought it didn't make sense, so when I asked to speak directly to the person who answered the phone, the person seemed to think I wanted to complain. "I don't understand," he said, completely treating him as a complaint. When I spoke to the family that I had called in advance, I learned that they had informed me over the phone of the date of my visit, and even at the time of the phone call, I was never told that the doctor would not be available unless it was Wednesday or Thursday. I couldn't come again another day, so I called the nurse again. My family said they wanted to talk to me over the phone. I got angry and went to the reception desk again, where they finally started looking for the nurse. In the end, I couldn't find the nurse, but the person in charge of the reception came and when I explained the situation, they allowed me to see the doctor, and I was able to renew my medical certificate without any problems. On the way home, the receptionist apologized for making me wait, but there was no communication with the nurse over the phone, and it was difficult for me to get there because they suddenly came and assumed that I didn't seem to understand anything. He didn't seem to realize that he was angry at me for calmly telling him to come another day. The people in charge have responded sincerely, so I think things like reporting issues will be improved. I don't think I have anything to go to anymore, but I think it's essential to call ahead and confirm.

I went to a dermatology department with a referral letter from another hospital. I thought it would be nice to have the same female doctor and it would be easy to talk to her, but the examination was not good at all. Even though I wanted to ask about the progress, the doctor came for only a moment, looked at the wound, and then left, leaving me with no time to talk. I lie down facing the wall and wait, and when the teacher comes, I watch and leave, and when I get up, he's gone. The wound after the surgery hasn't healed at all, and there are threads coming out of the wound, so I'm filled with disbelief. She seemed kinder and cheerful than she looked on her homepage, and I didn't find her to be scary. A few years ago, I went to Rosai Hospital for oral surgery four times, and each time I had my wisdom teeth extracted, the doctor here seemed scary, but he was actually a kind and good doctor. I would rate it 5 stars for oral surgery. The doctor told me clearly that I could call him directly when I had the courage to have it removed again, and that I didn't need to worry because it wouldn't swell as much as last time. I saw the doctor for the first time in a while in the waiting room of the dermatologist and remembered him, so I'd like to write about it. The nurses at both the dermatology and oral surgery departments were kind and pleasant. I can't say that the reception is nice, but it's normal.
