  When I withdrew cash from an ATM, I found that the number of 10,000 yen bills was one less than the set amount, so when I complained immediately, I was told that ``that can't be possible'' and ``the machine has never broken down''. When I said this, I received no response at all.

  The woman in charge of the counter was very rude. I think it's more about being a person than education. No matter what I say, she always seems to get angry and responds with "What is it?" and even when I ask her a question, she says "Please fill in your name" as if to ask me to hurry up. I feel really bad.
