When I took the number and was called and told them my requirements, the teller didn't know who was in charge and told me to go to the counter in the back.Even when I went there, the employee named Fujii didn't notice me right away and responded without asking.He came out and was at the ATM 30 minutes later. They said it could be done, so I did the procedure. In the end, it wasn't all finished and I went back to the counter and waited, and the three of us were laughing and talking all the time, and it was hard for anyone to come out. Even though they say they can't submit the procedural documents, they submit them. At the end of the day, personal information is directed to the counter and looks like crap. I can't keep my precious money in a bank like this. I left saying I would never go there again or use them again, but I wonder if they really think they are entrusting their customers with their precious money.Even if they improve, they have made such a mistake that their trust will never be regained. I can't control my anger at wasting my precious time. and
