  I very much enjoy waiting 4-6 hours just to speak to the doc for less than 5 minutes. Great and accurate diagnosis. Highly not recommend 👍🏼

  I waited 3 hours in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment. I had to leave but do not feel to ever go back. This hospital needs to do better and plan accordingly.

  I like this hospital. My took my husband her many times. When he had surgery. I stay overnight and it was fine with my husband. The staff was always accommodating and no matter when I came I could visit my husband. I do not know why Uruma Memorial is so different. All 3 of my husbands doctors welcomed me and gave me reports by email and by phone and showed important reports to give help with his medications and his appointment history.

  Appointment times do not matter. Show up early, late, or on time, and you will guarantee wait 3-4 hours every single time. 5 hours with a walk in. If the appointment says 10:30, they don't start calling people until 12. I still can't figure out or imagine why. If you are American they ask you to read an agreement that says you will be charged 200% or double the normal prices every single visit with an additional 7,000 yen for your first visit, then additional 3,000 yen every visit after. Otherwise you cannot proceed. Finally sit down for a couple minute consultation. Get charged a few hundred dollars. Repeat. The doctors and nurses have been pleasant in my experience. That's the only pro. Did you get a referral to this hospital because there is a specialist who can help you? This is how your visits will be. Overall a miserable experience.
