  The worst word. I created a new account, but was asked the same question over and over again, and was finally told that I could not create a new account unless I had proof that the account would work. They asked me questions for 30 minutes, and even though I had them make a copy of my driver's license, it was just a waste of time. It is best not to use this place at all. I regret that I should have chosen something else from the beginning. The response was very poor and unpleasant.
