  About 40 years ago, when it opened in the now-defunct Doden Seibu, I was impressed by the deliciousness of its Chibo-yaki, but things are different now.   I went with Rumpus! Mochi Cheese Okonomiyaki ❗ It was chewy, chewy and delicious, and came with a mini salad and drink, making it a great value.
