::After delivering the goods to Soma City, Fukushima Prefecture in the morning, we took the Joban Expressway back to Iwaki and headed up Yotsukura PA to ``Yotsukura-tei''. I was looking for a sashimi set meal, but there was an x mark on the ticket vending machine...When I looked around, all the sashimi dishes were x's. When I asked the clerk at the cash register next to the ticket machine, he said it was still early. 9:50, was it too early? I didn't have time to relax and wait, so I opted for the 690 yen breakfast set meal (as of June 2024). I handed my meal ticket to the kitchen counter and waited at my seat. I was called within 10 minutes. Oh, it's a proper breakfast set meal. The freshly grilled salmon, slightly soft-boiled fried eggs, natto, and rice are delicious. When I saw the person eating next to me go to get a second helping of rice, I went to get another too (lol) I'm looking forward to the sashimi set meal next time. Thank you for the meal.

::I went there for lunch on the Yokura PA inbound line in Iwaki City! It's a small restaurant. ▼Flounder pickled rice bowl Daily set meal. Every single piece of flounder was big and thick. The rice is egg-based and goes well with the pickled flounder. It felt luxurious!

::If you want to eat on the Tokiwa Road, this is probably your only choice (I've never been anywhere else). As others have written, the seafood is extremely fresh🐟, as well as tempura and fried foods such as conger eel. This is OK even for people who usually eat seafood ✨ Sashimi set meal 1480 yen, Conger eel set meal 1890 yen🍱 Most of the customers seem to be wearing work clothes, and there are quite a few people who wear them on a daily basis, but the cost performance is good, and it's no surprise that it's one of the best service area cafeterias in Japan!

::I ate boiled conger eel and fish tempura bowl. The conger eel is fluffy, and the rice underneath the conger eel is lined with tamago and gari, making it a refreshing meal. The tempura bowl is freshly fried, crispy and delicious. Both are full of volume! Next time, I would like to try the daily set meal or the sashimi set meal. If you like fish, please come!
