  When I went to deposit coins, the ATM turned out to only be able to deposit banknotes. Also, the name-engraved envelope from Joyo Bank was missing, and the customer next to me who was pulling it out said that he had it before, but it wasn't there anymore. In this day and age, the world is so sad.

  The shutter has a woodblock-style picture of ``Moka Momen'' on it, which is a small checkpoint that is typical of the local area. The grouping of plants in the planters in front of the eaves was spectacular. I didn't know there was a Joyo Bank in Moka, but I stopped by to use the ATM.

  The elderly woman at the counter... It was very intimidating and made me feel uncomfortable. I went to cancel my contract, but the customer service at the counter was the worst of all the banks around here.

  I went to get a passbook, but was told that I would not be allowed to do so unless I put in a lot of money. I will never use this crappy bank again.
