The salad dressing is also delicious. Personally, I think the dessert apple tart is exquisite. The blackcurrant tea was also delicious. You can enjoy your meal or tea in a relaxing atmosphere. The second floor was a rental space. Is this also about 20 tatami mats with floor and tatami mats? It's a wonderful space. I visited again. Today I had pasta and coffee. There are many types of pasta, and I chose the shrimp pasta. It's exquisite. This time, the owner's special shiso juice was included for lunch. I appreciate your consideration. There were many different types of coffee, but I chose organic coffee. Comes with chiffon cake.

  The name "Sabou" was perfect for this cafe, which is housed in an old private house and has a great atmosphere. I received a cake set, but I also received a nostalgic shiso juice as a service. I was really interested in the food menu, so I wanted to go eat there next time.

  I went to see the Instagrams of people I follow. Arrived around 13:00 on weekdays. The parking lot is limited as per the reviews, and only two cars can be parked vertically in front of the store. Everyone else was parked on the road. When I entered the store, there were only 2 groups. I was shown to a table seat, but there was also a tatami room. There aren't that many seats. *The photo inside the store was taken when no one was there. Since the staff member was in the picture, I made a mosaic. I ordered the popular beef stew (1200 yen). It may not seem like much, but it's a surprisingly deep dish and has a lot of volume. Just the right amount of tender meat, potatoes, and round mushrooms. It was very delicious. Above all, I was surprised that it came with shiso juice. I think it's unique to Niigata. It was shiso juice with a strong shiso flavor. Iced coffee and apple cake for dessert? I ordered (I forgot the name). The apple cake was moist and really delicious. The coffee had little acidity and was very easy to drink. The staff was very kind and the atmosphere made me want to go again.

  I went there because it was recommended on YouTube. This is a modern, Japanese-style, calming shop with a chic black color scheme. I didn't know if there was a parking lot (I wonder if the small space in front of the store was a parking lot...?)There was a fairly wide shoulder diagonally in front of the store, so I parked there. m(_ _)m As lunch time passed, I thought I'd have some tea, so I got an apple pie and black tea set. A simple but nostalgic sweet apple pie was served on a stylish modern plate, and the tea was also served on two floors (?), so I enjoyed it. I think it was around 2 o'clock, and we were the only ones there, so I thought we could take it easy, but then I realized I was a regular customer. Your friend? came to the store and made small talk in a very loud voice. I felt a little disappointed and disappointed, but I think it's a shop with a wonderful atmosphere that is loved by Mitsuke.

  Although it's in a neighboring city, it's about 10 minutes from my home, and I only got it after my daughter recommended it. To be honest, I usually don't pay much attention to the store when I walk by it, but when I actually visited it, it was really nice. The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm and the food was delicious. I had beef stew and my wife and daughter had pasta. I would like to try the spicy curry next time.
