::It is worth the upgrade to Executive Lounge Access. We enjoyed tea time, cocktails, and many snacks while enjoying a beautiful view of the city. Perfect location minutes from Shibuya Station. Service was also amazing- anything we needed was a phone call away!

::For our Tokyo trip we needed clean, comfortable and accessible. As in reality most of your time will be spent in the beautiful city. This hotel provided all 3 for our time in Tokyo. Yes, it is expensive, but so is everywhere else in Tokyo. And if you're going to spend that money regardless on stay, why not get this place which is 5 minute walk to the station and allows you to reach any part of Tokyo in an instance. Furthermore, when you come back to your room after a long day of exploring, you can enjoy a nice bath in your spacious room. No faults here - what you see is what you get.

::Beautifully appointed rooms. We reserved a corner room which is more spacious. Hotel staff are stationed all over the property and ready to help. Hotel is just around the corner from city center and close to everything but just enough distance from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend.

::Gorgeous hotel and view over metro Tokyo. Easy walking access to Shibuya, malls, restaurants, subways, trains, etc.. Beautiful room, comfortable King bed (free upgrade to Superior King!), and great choice of breakfast (American or Japanese breakfast). Superior staff who always were available for any questions or help on anything. You never had to look for someone to help you, as they were always available as soon as you enter the hotel lobby. Great value for the amenities and particularly for the location! Highly recommend, particularly if it is your first time in Japan.

::Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The price point was initially a little eyebrow raising, but it was clear once we checked in that it was a clear case of you get what you pay for. The room was spacious and had an excellent view of Tokyo. The bathroom was furnished with salon quality skin care and body wash and a jacuzzi style bath tub along with a rain drop shower head that I positively adored. The concierge had excellent recommendations for nearby shops, restaurants, and night life spots. The Japanese style breakfast was an excellent glimpse of traditional Japanese style dining, and the Western style had an amazing amount of both healthy and more decadent options on order, that an made to order omelette/egg bar that was a welcome part of the breakfast experience.
