  Location, location, location. Within a 5 minute walk connected via bridge to Shibuya station, its probably the best located hotel in Tokyo. The room was also quite nice, we had a bathroom with a view and could see Tokyo tower at a distance. Bathroom was spacious and felt contemporary. Amenities were not as great, but not the most important aspect for us honestly. The "premium lounge" was a very sad empty room, and breakfast at said lounge was pretty weak as well. Just some packaged goods and an omelet station. The restaurant breakfast was a bit better, but still lacking in comparison to other Tokyo offerings. The Japanese breakfast was a lot better than the other offerings, but again, could use an overall upgrade in quality.

  Stayed here for 1 night in the executive corner king room and it was amazing. Well worth the money spent, especially having access to the executive floor with unlimited drink and buffet food. The views from our room were amazing, especially having the view from our bathroom also! The staff here couldn’t do enough for you, they were so attentive and really nice to speak to. If you stay here, you should go to the cigar&rock bar accessible via the hotel, I can’t remember what floor - but such a cozy and intimate vibe.

  I was worried the hotel would feel dated and corporate based on many of the photos I had seen but was very pleasantly surprised. We stayed on the newly renovated 31st floor. This hotel is easily the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. Incredible service, rooms are extremely accommodating and comfortable, and have everything you could ever need (my only wish was for better toilet paper, haha). Beds are extremely comfortable, I fell asleep immediately every night. We didn’t want to leave.

  The room was amazing! The front desk service was great. The views are breathtaking. I especially liked dining at the rooftop bar and the executive lounge. The only negative was the concierge service. The concierge was right there, but she did not help me. The assistant helped me instead. I told the assistant concierge that I wanted to visit the Imperial Palace and then take a train to another city. It would have been super helpful for the con. to let me know that the Imperial Palace only has two viewing times each day. I didn’t know this and missed the viewing by 10 minutes. The con. should know the basics about the main attractions in Tokyo. I am disappointed, but in this service only.

  Excellent hotel, great location, great facilities. We stayed on the executive levels and had access to the lounge and other facilities. Everything was really top notch, room was large and spacious. Phenomenal views. Great service by staff. The building itself is very large and has everything you need, even a 7-11. Everything else is otherwise a short walk away! Could not fault.
