We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and most important it was quiet. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of Japanese breakfast items. The fresh coffee on demand was a bonus. I do not speak Japanese, but yet the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Personally, I loved the bed in my tiny room. Never slept better in my life. The size of the room was no big deal, as I’m just a single person and have no need for much space, especially when the price is only $55/night. You are required to leave your room key with the front desk before leaving, but that’s no big deal. The host at the front desk once called a cab for me when I urgently needed one and couldn’t find any myself, so that was very helpful and I must thank them. Would stay here again!

The rooms are not that nice, and they have a weird policy where you can't leave with your hotel key. On the other hand, they remember all their visitors faces. That's skillful. The receptionist are nice too. Room was a let down though .

Great location. You're close to the mall and sailor town. Lots of great bars with live music out back. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small though, and have these weird bean bag pillows. The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible.

5 stars for a budget/business hotel. The hotel has an older feel to it but the beds are not too bad. What makes the hotel one of the best to stay at is the staff. Out of the 4 places I have stayed in Sasebo, Central Hotel has the best customer service of all of them. Always a friendly smile and the greet you as family, vice just another customer like you get at other hotels.
