::I had the hitsumabushi @4100 and it was very delicious. The recommended way to eat it is to first eat it as is, then add green onions, seaweed, and wasabi as condiments, and finally add dashi soup and enjoy it as ochazuke. Apparently. The customer service was pleasant and the atmosphere was comfortable. This is a store I would like to visit again.
