::I stopped by for the first time today. I was on my way back from the Ghibli exhibition being held at Hanamaki Museum. Wasabi Cold Noodles caught my eye and I decided to give it a try. What is cold noodles and wasabi? I was confused by the unexpected combination, but it was quite delicious. Wasabi and lemon were very good. However, the meat topping was hard. Everything else was very good. Thank you for the meal!😊

::I was interested in the wasabi cold noodles after reading the reviews, so I ordered them even though they were about to close! They carefully taught us how to eat it, and since there are many different flavor elements such as lemon and vinegar in addition to wasabi, it's so delicious that you won't get tired of it till the end! ::At Shin-Hanamaki Station, I went to eat wasabi cold noodles while changing trains. It was so delicious that I was a little surprised. The soup is salty, but not too refreshing, and has a rich flavor that goes well with the wasabi. It comes with plenty of wasabi, but I like that you can adjust the amount yourself. The restaurant was surrounded by local regulars, the staff were friendly and pleasant, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

::Wasabi Cold Noodles @ 960 yen (tax included) at Cafe Restaurant Cabin, located in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture, about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Hanamaki Station. This shop has a relaxed atmosphere and sells local vegetables(?). And what caught my eye was wasabi cold noodles. Order now. The cold noodles that were served shortly after were topped with wasabi like ice cream. I ate this while dissolving it in the soup, and I was surprised at how well the cold noodles and wasabi went together. The scent of scones and wasabi that wafts through your nose is very nice, and goes well with the moderately sour soup. In fact, cold noodles based on this are quite delicious.
