::Seem that there is no fix recipe for Butadon, shop to shop can taste very different. To me the pork here definitely has the fragrance of bbq, but the sauce is abit too salty and meat abit too tough, rice is good though, and there is no lunch crowd on Thursday.

::Really tasty pork although it’s a little peppery - seems like it’s visited by a lot of locals as well. We ordered the big portion each and it was really filling. The size of the restaurant fits only 10+ pax hence I believe if you were to come during normal meal hours it’ll take a while to be seated. Nonetheless, coming at off peak is the best as we did not have to wait at all!

::Ordered takeouts as we were passing through. Well worth the detour! We had an amazing meal. Melt in your mouth goodness and nice smoky after taste.

::We were early at about 11am and hence less crowded. This is a specialty shop - Butadon. Which in my opinion means definitely will be a good choice. The pork bowl was very delicious and set the standard for the rest of our 2 weeks trip. We only managed to savour another one that was as good. Do try it and you will not regret it.
