  A great ramen place with tasty thick noodles, a friendly English-speaking chef, and an easy-to-use ticket machine. It was a delicious meal!

  One of the best ramen you could get in Nara. The soup is super thick and they do made a prefect match for their noodles and soup. Note that they only serve lunch but not dinner.

  I have discovered Ichibou by pure luck and did just know it had a good note on Google. I have been happily surprised by the quality of it's ramen. The owner makes generous and so tasty crab ramen with a slight note of yuzu, it was real pleasure! As for the owner, he was kind and happy to share with me. I would definitely go eat there again if I had the chance to go back to Nara

  This is one of my favorite ramen shops in Nara! We went at 18:00 and there was a small line. Use the ticket machine inside and then wait outside. There isn't any English but trust your instincts and your nose. Its worth it, despite being a bit far from the station and the main tourist spots!
