::Thank you for your help in early spring and early summer of 2022. This is a very comfortable hotel. We look forward to reopening.

::It depends on how much you think about the price of 5,000 yen + tax per night all year round, which allows you to stay in Kochi city, and the fact that this is the only business hotel in Tosa Yamada that is almost directly connected to the station. If you're coming by car and don't plan on drinking, there may be no reason to come here. The curfew is 24:00, so please be careful not to arrive too late if you want to drink alcohol. The building and facilities are quite worn out and not very clean. The water area is a unit bath in the apartment. One bottle of water is free. What's a bit interesting is that it's built right next to the station, so you can see the Anpanman limited express south wind train from Tosa Yamada Station from above. Children will probably enjoy it.

::Even though I'm a local, I stayed for one night. As the previous author commented, Wi-Fi was password-free. You probably won't feel anxious just for general browsing, but you may feel a little hesitant when it comes to sending and receiving important data. There are no problems with other services. I can't stop expressing my gratitude to your company for providing us with a foothold in the outside world in this rural area where we live. We sincerely hope that you will continue to provide us with good service for a long time to come.

::Personally, I think it's a normal business hotel. However, it is located right next to Tosa Yamada Station, and while it has the atmosphere of a ``small station in the countryside,'' it is also a stop for limited express trains, so if you like trains, you'll probably enjoy it. My companion said that it was the world's first pendulum-type diesel engine (he also said that a prototype had been running before). I don't really understand (lol) By the way, this time I stayed in room 205 (twin), and this photo was taken from the window of that room.

::Business Hotel Daiwa was entirely serviceable, and isn't deserving of the single-star reviews that it was given. 5400 yen for a clean, basic room next to the station? No problem at all. The worst thing I can say about it is the nearest 24-hour convenience store is about 8 minutes away. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Note: One reviewer said (in Japanese) that he tried to use the toilet, and was told it's for guests only and that they should go to the train station next door. Daiwa was given a one-star rating, just for that. Extremely petty. Honestly, if you're a guest in the hotel, I fail to see how that's a negative. It's a small hotel with a small staff, and they clearly don't want random people wandering around the premises...
