  I went to Ramen Bushimaru in Hamamatsu City. I received the ramen for 1,100 yen, and it had a rich soup with a hint of seafood, long-cooked menma with a good texture, and a large piece of chashu with a slightly chewy texture. The noodles were delicious and went well with the soup. I also ordered a chashu rice bowl, which cost 520 yen, so I would appreciate it if it could be made a little smaller or the amount of meat could be reduced to make it more affordable.   First visit on a weekday afternoon. I ordered chashu noodles with soy sauce. I made a hard order. The noodles are medium-thick and go well with gooey seafood dishes. The char siu is very filling. The fibers are a little strong and chewy. Personally, I think it would be nice to have a set with thick pork belly. The taste is rich and delicious, reminiscent of seafood-rich tsukemen. I thought it was rare that this flavor was served as ramen rather than as tsukemen. It's delicious enough to be served as tsukemen. Even though the price was around 1,500 yen for char siu noodles, I felt it was a little pricey, but I think I'd like to come back again if I have the chance. It's Gochi.

I thought it was a very nice store, as I could feel the care and sincerity of the owner and his wife in the atmosphere of the store and the products they sell. Fried rice will not be made for the time being because the owner is not feeling well. It was a pity that I couldn't try it because other reviews said it was delicious.
