  Great views from the 25th floor! Empty most of the time!

  Connected to subway in underground floor. Next to a small garden and amusement park. Free city view from the 25th floor. There is a vending machine and hanging out place on the deck. No permittance of tripod/monopod on the deck.

  No need to pay for a view from above to Tokyo. The 25th floor observatory is free and there is also a free drinking water tap. After you're done gazing at the beautiful city, don't forget to also take a picture of yourself.

  Go inside, take elevator go up. Free admission 😀, nice view of Tokyo area + not crowded. There is a cafeteria at 13th floor

  Just go inside and take the elevator to 25th floor. Usually not crowded. Also next to tokyo dome city for food&shopping
