::First of all, you have to wait a long time for it to be served, so it's tough if you don't have time. I ordered and waited 20-30 minutes. I thought the cost performance was quite poor. It's just udon. I have an image of eating it in Shikoku for 200-400 yen... Akabuni 1300 yen. Large white offal (1.5 balls) 1,940 yen, it doesn't contain a lot of offal. Please add if you like. The most important thing is the taste, but I have a preference, but the red is quite dark. I can't finish eating without rice (it came with rice). The white offal soup is also greasy, so I think it's good for people who like oil. The udon was soft and Kyushu-like. It's quite hot, so if you take a while to eat it, you might break into pieces towards the end. I don't think this is suitable for people who are looking for a chewy texture like Sanuki udon. Please note that this is just my personal opinion.

::I stopped by Moritani on the night of my day trip to Fukuyama (*´ー`*) This time, since it was my first time, I ordered the red crab, which was listed as the most popular ( ´∀` )b When ordering, you can ask if you'd like a bowl of rice, so if you're a small eater, you can say yes, but of course I got it ( *´艸`) There are 7 levels of spiciness: moderate → normal → 1 spicy → 2 spicy → 3 spicy (free) and 4 spicy (+50 yen) → 5 spicy (+100 yen). I chose 1 spicy ( ´∀` )b It was a dish that I thought was perfectly described as slightly spicy and really delicious (*^^*) After eating the jjigae udon, I added some rice to the pot and ate it, and it was really delicious (^^) If you're interested, why not give it a try because it's packed with great value and delicious flavors in one set? (´ー`*)

::Today's lunch was kimchi stew udon with red crab✨ Unusually, I ate the popular red crab, which seems to be famous in Fukuyama. It was delicious and not too spicy. Finally, I added rice and made porridge. The store clerk was kind and explained the product carefully.

::"On Saturdays and Sundays, we always have to wait 30 to 40 minutes. Is that okay?" I explained carefully, so I waited for 40 minutes before entering the store at lunchtime. It wasn't a problem as I was given a call bell and waited in my car. The customer service was also very polite. I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I tried the soy milk-based udon noodles called ``Hakuryu Noodles,'' which had just the right amount of spiciness and was delicious. They also have regular udon, but next time I'd like to try the nabeyaki udon.

::The noodles are nice overall, but a bit pricey. The restaurant itself has room for many small to large group and the service is okay.
